DOULA
Doulas are trained professionals experienced in childbirth. My doula offerings include doula support for prenatal, birth and postpartum. As a doula, I serve as a constant presence of support and an emotional anchor for my clients, whether she is a hopeful expectant, pregnant or a new mother. My packages are comprehensive, wherever you are along the childbearing continuum you will feel empowered to cross the sacred threshold of birth. Upon purchasing your doula package, I will contact you with information and reading material to get you started and request detailed info regarding your preferences so we may align and best meet your needs.

The doula serves as a constant presence of support and an emotional anchor for the mother. Your doula will offer education, serve as an advocate, and help with comfort measures, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, movement and positioning.
